| Abstrakt v slovenskom jazyku: | Štúdia zahŕňa spracovanie jednotlivých metód skúšania s ich kladmi a zápormi a ich porovnanie so skúšaním na Katedre mikrobiológia. Úroveň kvality vedomostí nadobudnutých z nosného predmetu Mikrobiológia som testovala na predmete Mikrobiológia potravín. Hodnotených bolo 35 študentov zo 46 (76,1 %) zapísaných na predmet. Testovanie prebehlo do 10 pracovných dní od začatia výučby predmetu a v zápočtovom týždni. Test pozostával z 20-tich otázok s viacerými odpoveďami, pričom správna bola vždy len jedna. Úspešnosť testu bola hodnotená v percentách správnych odpovedí a percentuálnom zastúpení hodnotení podľa klasifikačnej stupnice A - FX. Pri analýze výsledkov vstupného testu viac ako polovica študentov – 18, čo je 51 %, nezvládla test ani na minimálne kritériá. Potešujúce bolo zistenie, že po absolvovaní predmetu v zápočtovom týždni takmer všetci okrem dvoch (5,7 %) testom prešli. | |||||||
| Abstract v anglickom jazyku: | The study includes processing of several testing methods with their positive and negative aspects. We have tested the quality level of knowledge retained from Microbiology (a base discipline for most of the subjects teaching in the Department of Microbiology) on the subject of Food Microbiology. Thirty five students was rated out of 46 (76.1 %) inscribed on the subject. The testing was realized within 10 working days from the beginning of the teaching of the subject and in the credit week. The test consisted of 20 multiple choice questions, while the right has always been the only one. The success of the test was evaluated as a percentage of correct answers and the percentage represented by the evaluation according to the classification scale A - FX. In the analysis of the results of the entrance test more than half of the students -18 (51 %), has not managed to test even the minimum criteria. Gratifying was the finding that almost all (94,3%) passed the test in the credit week. | |||||||
